what I saw this week:
This is Teddy Roosevelt’s home on Oyster Bay, Long Island, New York. He was president from 1901-1909. He was able to use his home as the “Summer White House” during those years. He shared this beautiful home with his wife and 6 children. You can take a tour of the house and a small museum. I can’t wait to return and go inside!
This is Oyster Bay…when the home was built TR could see the bay clearly, but now there are too many trees blocking the view. ahhh, progress!
